Paulo Sartori holds a degree in Pro-Design from CETEMO (Furniture Technological Center) with an extension in Furniture Design from UCS (University of Caxias do Sul). With a career spanning 30 years in the furniture industry, Paulo has gained extensive experience that transcends academic learning. His daily immersion in the industrial environment has provided him with deep knowledge of processes and materials, which has grown in tandem with Essenza’s development. Every new piece of equipment introduced to the company has fueled his relentless pursuit of improvement, always striving to maximize the potential that the industry can offer.

Graduated in Interior Design, in 2014 he set off on his own and founded MB Studio Design. The office develops projects in various areas – design and interior architecture, residential, commercial, and product design – always with an eye tuned to the best in national and international design and art. For Mauricio, a good project must include an interactive relationship with the client, full of affection, humor, and observation.

More than just a function, Design can embrace history, memory, and emotional bonds. It is from this perception—lined with the essence of Brazilian culture—that the Mato Grosso designer Sérgio Matos draws and nurtures the development of furniture and decoration products. All of this is referenced in the cultural melting pot with a mixed-race flavor. The solid foundation of creation is grounded in regionalism, in an identity that resists the passage of time and preserves ancestral techniques and knowledge. The handmade, with human warmth, bears the stamp of originality.

Domingos’ passion for nature and authenticity compelled him to conceive a fascinating and laborious process that emulates the cycle of life. He begins with cardboard near the end of its functional purpose, reducing it to pulp. The material is then blended with soil and water, hand sculpted into new forms, and baked in natural sunlight. The sculptures, vessels, and furniture are both inspired and formed from earth, water, and sun. Domingos’ masterworks have journeyed full circle, narrating the story of a sustainable earth without uttering a single word.

Guilherme Wentz is a product designer and the founder of the brand WENTZ. With a contemporary aesthetic of tropical airs, Guilherme’s creations reflect the contemplative personality of their creator, who is connected to nature and obsessed with design. The furniture, lighting, and objects designed by him present a new perspective on living, where each piece conveys a perfect balance between simplicity and functionality.

Samuel Lamas is from Brasília, graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the Università degli Studi di Roma 3, Rome, Italy. He worked with the Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas in 2006 and since 2010, he has been the creative director of Lamas, an internationally awarded studio of architecture, design, and engineering based in Brasília.

Founded in 2016 by Andrea Steidl and Raquel Pacchini, the studio works closely with a diverse range of clients, providing creative direction, product design, and visual communication projects. With a creative process based on strategic and emotional research, extending from spaces and materials to market and user experience, the studio transforms clients’ ideas and inspirations into design projects that promote a unique brand vision.

Zanocchi & Starke is an award-winning multi-disciplinary design and architecture studio, founded in 2013 in Turin by Italian architect Andrea Zanocchi and Brazilian product designer Carolina Starke. Zanocchi & Starke’s projects stem from a shared passion for design, attention to detail, and the fusion of diverse professional and cultural experiences. “The daily interaction between people and products is the starting point of all our work. We don’t just create objects or spaces to be used—we also strive to make people happy to have them around. Combining different manufacturing processes, whether artisanal or industrial, is key to our approach.”
